ADB’s road to povery

In Mongolia, in the Ger district, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is funding the construction of a new road. But the local population call it “the ADB road to poverty”, as it has led to forced displacement, loss of livelihoods, injuries and damages to the houses in the area affected by the construction works.
